Tata Punch CNG: Your Go-to Vehicle for a Greener Lifestyle

With the push towards alternate modes of mobility becoming stronger than ever, the automotive sector at large has sought to look towards reliable options for cleaner fuels. cleaner fuel options like compressed natural gas (CNG) can help supplement the drive of controlling emissions offering nearly a 15 percent to 27 percent reduction in greenhouse gases compared to conventional fuels in a well-to-wheel analysis, CNG is more cost-effective and is now making its presence felt in the personal mobility segment., CNG is safer in an event of a collision as compared to vehicles powered by gasoline or diesel, owing to its nature, storage conditions, and location in the car.

A CNG car also returns higher fuel economy and leaves no residue in internal pipes, reducing wear and minimising maintenance costs. The dispelling of such myths and increased cognisance of the advantages of CNG cars are now helping promote growth in its adoption. Therefore, leading automakers are leveraging this opportunity and striving to expand CNG offerings while popularising its key benefits.

Tata motors is a brand that can be found in every home of India. Tata has now become a part of the Indian households and people trusts tata blindly. Tata never misses an opportunity to give a band on every chance it gets to. Tata has always made most of the situation. Similarly, the rise of CNG fitted vehicles has risen significantly over the period of time and now Tata is back with a bang TATA PUNCH CNG.

The Punch CNG comes with the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder engine that churns out 73.4hp and 103Nm of peak torque, and is offered only with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Punch CNG comes equipped with features such as a 7.0-inch touchscreen and digital driver's display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, 16-inch alloy wheels, an engine start/stop button, automatic climate control, automatic projector headlamps, a height-adjustable driver's seat and even a sunroof, the last of which has now also been introduced on the petrol-powered Punch as well.
