Tata motors as a homegrown brand is back with a bang with the launch of TATA Altroz Racer. The Altroz Racer is based on regular Altroz Hatchback.


The
 TATA Company did not only launch it with a different facial look but also with few mind-blowing additional features, the upgrade doesn’t end here, the company got mechanical upgrade up on their sleeve. the racer gets a dual theme of red and black with white stripes over the bonnet and the roof as well. the car also comes with blacked-out ORVMs, Roof Rails, an extended spoiler at the back and Alloy Wheels.
 
The Racer comes with blacked out interior with red and white accents near the AC vents, seats and gear lever. all the upgrades sound very exciting but the addition of the 10.25 touchscreen infotainment system with the new UI stole the show the racer also features a fully digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, a wireless charger, an air purifier along with electronic sunroof.

Tata Altroz Racer will come with the same iTurbo engine as the regular Altroz. However, it has been tuned to deliver higher power and more torque. For the Racer, the engine will offer 120 bhp and 170 Nm of torque - these are same as what the Nexon Petrol offers. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Expect the Altroz Turbo to be as quick as the i20 N Line in the market.
