Skoda MY24 Safety’s Upgrade: Kushaq and Slavia Now Pack a Punch with Six Airbags!

Skoda Auto India is changing the safety standards by telling the Indian market about its latest update on Modern 24 models as part of the India 2.0 product portfolio. Besides these models, six airbags in all variants of Kushaq and Slavia, two of their best-selling models, are now available and this is keeping the brand one step ahead in the market.

This is another precious safety improvement, which demonstrates that Skoda Auto will never lower its guard about protecting customers and their safety. In the past, only the high-level finishes had the luxury of six airbags, while other finishes found content with two front airbags. But now with this update, that trim edition be it the base model or the most luxurious model has got better safety features without any increase in their prices.

Both Skoda Kushaq and Slavia have already been awarded Five Stars by the Global NCAP, which makes them a safe choice in the automobile industry. It was not until now that they included as standard the six airbags, which they are indeed the best answer to the safety issues of occupants in case of accident.

Additionally, Skoda is not confining the change there. Rumours are circulating about future facelifts for both models coming out in 2025 with Level 2 ADAS features, panoramic sunroofs and similar. The brand is ready to keep on the road and occupy the biggest part of the mid-size sedan and compact SUV segment.
