The Engine of the Swift version in CNG is 1.2 L petrol K12C Dualjet petrol with in the 3 cylinders offer in that version, while the Hyundai Grand i10 in CNG version is offered in 1.2 Liter and has offered 4 cylinders in that car.

The Power of the Swift version CNG model is 77.49 PS while the Hyundai offered 69 Ps which is less than the Swift CNG.

The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift CNG boasts a 32.85 km/kg mileage on CNG and 24.8 kmpl in the petrol configuration. The Grand i10 Nios' mileage is 20.7 kmpl for petrol MT grades and 27 km/kg for CNG variants. The user checks the mileage of the car that gives the priority.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios' CNG range starts from ₹ 7.68 lakh and goes up to ₹ 8.30 lakh. There are four variants in total on sale. Interestingly, the Grand i10 Nios is available with dual-cylinder technology, but the Swift misses out on it.

This is a big difference in the CNG variants of these two hatchbacks, and when comparing the top-spec CNG variants of these two models, the differences is close to nearly a lakh rupee.

Maruti offers the CNG kit with all variants of the new Swift, except for the base-spec Lxi, and the top-spec Zxi+, whereas the Grand i10 Nios only offers this powertrain with two of its mid-spec variants. The word “Duo” means that instead of one CNG cylinder, these variants come with two CNG cylinders, which allows the Hyundai hatchback to have a usable boot space.
