The Yamaha RayZR Street Rally Got Upgraded

 Highlights

  • The new 'Answer Back' feature and LED DRL have been included in the RayZR Street Rally package.

  • Available in a brand-new Cyber Green colourway.

  • Not altered mechanically.

For the RayZR 125 Street Rally, Yamaha India has included a few additional features. A new "Answer Back" functionality, which is effectively a "Find my scooter" feature, and an LED daytime running light are added to the scooter. The new Cyber Green colour scheme is also a part of the upgrade. It costs Rs 98,130 (ex-showroom) for the upgraded RayZR 125 Street Rally.

The sole modification to the scooter's appearance is the LED DRL, which is installed above the front apron. In the meanwhile, the newly added "Answer Back" feature locates the scooter in a parking lot by flashing its lights and sounding the buzzer's beeps when coupled with the Y-Connect smartphone app.

Other than that, the scooter receives no noteworthy changes. The 125 cc single-cylinder engine, which produces 8.3 horsepower and 10.3 Nm of peak torque, still provides the power. A tiny electric motor known as a smart motor generator is built into the engine to provide a momentary boost in torque while riding.

The Yamaha RayZR Street Rally, which is based on the idea of armoured energy, has a 125cc Fi Blue Core engine with hybrid power assist for better efficiency and performance. Faster, simpler, and quieter starts are guaranteed when the air-cooled, fuel-injected engine is combined with the Smart Motor Generator (SMG).

The brush guard, metal plates, and block pattern tyres further enhance the scooter's overall appearance. It has telescopic suspension, side stands engine cut-off, an automated stop-and-start system, 21 litres of storage behind the seat, and a completely digital instrument cluster with Y-Connect BT connectivity.

Months after Yamaha introduced new colour options for the 2024 model year, the RayZR Street Rally received a facelift.
